Amends N.J.S.2B:20-10 to add nursing mothers to the list of individuals who may be excused from jury service due to severe hardship

Mothers who are nursing or expressing milk for a child one year of age or younger qualify for the jury duty exemption

The exemption recognizes that requiring nursing mothers to serve on juries creates a hardship incompatible with breastfeeding schedules and infant care needs

Takes effect immediately upon enactment and applies to jurors impaneled on or after the effective date
