Expands the definition of "multiple dwelling" under New Jersey's Hotel and Multiple Dwelling Law to include mobile home parks, subjecting them to periodic inspections and code enforcement

Defines "mobile home park" as a parcel of land containing three or more sites designed for manufactured homes, and defines "manufactured home" as a dwelling unit built on a permanent chassis with transportable sections

Limits mobile home park inspections to plumbing and electrical hook-ups, water, sanitation (including septic systems), fire and safety hazards on grounds, and maintenance requirements established by the Commissioner

Allows municipalities to enforce inspection requirements in mobile home parks independently, even if they are not enforcing the law for other multiple dwellings or hotels

Directs the Commissioner of Community Affairs to adopt rules establishing maintenance requirements and fees necessary to cover enforcement costs in mobile home parks
