Prohibits licensed or certified real estate appraisers from considering race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, disability, familial status, or national origin in appraisals of property owners, occupants, or neighboring properties

Applies to holders of licenses, certifications, or registrations under New Jersey's real estate appraiser licensing laws

Requires real estate appraisers to complete a fair housing and appraisal bias education course offered by the Appraisal Qualifications Board as part of continuing education requirements for license or certification renewal

Takes effect 180 days following enactment (approved September 9, 2024)
