Requires institutions of higher education to promptly notify the appropriate State licensing board when they receive a report of alleged sexual misconduct by an employed health care professional

Mandates that licensing boards initiate an investigation upon receiving such notification to determine whether disciplinary charges or license suspension/restriction should be pursued

Grants civil liability immunity to institutions of higher education that provide good faith notifications to licensing boards regarding sexual misconduct allegations

Preserves the institution's authority to conduct its own internal investigation and impose disciplinary action on the alleged perpetrator

Does not restrict institutions from reporting suspected crimes to law enforcement authorities
