Amends existing law to explicitly authorize county and State corrections officers, firefighters, and police officers to administer epinephrine auto-injector devices after completing a Commissioner of Health-approved educational program

Defines "firefighter" as anyone employed by or volunteering for a public fire department, and "police officer" as State, county, or municipal police officers

Requires authorized personnel to receive a certificate of completion that permits them to administer, maintain, and dispose of epinephrine auto-injector devices

Allows licensed health care professionals to prescribe or dispense epinephrine auto-injectors directly or through standing orders to certified personnel

Permits employers of certified personnel to obtain, maintain, and make available epinephrine auto-injector devices according to commissioner regulations
