Requires applicants to be New Jersey residents enrolled full-time in an approved educator preparation program leading to a certificate of eligibility with advanced standing

Allows the authority to limit scholarships to students pursuing high-demand teaching subjects such as math, science, special education, world languages, or bilingual education

Mandates annual data collection on program effectiveness, including participant numbers by program, participant surveys, and demographic data disaggregated by race, ethnicity, and gender
