Establishes the Firefighter Critical Mental Health Assistance Grant Program within the Department of Human Services to fund confidential mental health services for full-time paid firefighters and their immediate family members experiencing mental health crises or suicidal ideation

Appropriates $1 million from the General Fund to implement the program

Requires the Commissioner of Human Services to develop grant applications, establish selection criteria, and prioritize mental health providers based on geographic location to ensure patients can access services within one hour of travel

Defines eligible mental health providers as licensed psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, clinical social workers, professional counselors, and marriage and family therapists

Takes effect on the first day of the fourth month following enactment
