Secretary of Higher Education must develop a career and education guide for postsecondary students with disabilities, in consultation with the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development and the New Jersey Presidents' Council

Guide must identify resources at each state institution including disability career centers, work-based learning options (internships, co-ops, independent study), and accommodations (note-takers, exam accommodations, accessible parking/housing)

Guide must provide career planning guidance on disclosing disabilities to employers, requesting reasonable workplace accommodations, workers' rights, and assistive technologies

Guide must include a list of national and regional organizations with contact information for job seekers with disabilities

Office of the Secretary of Higher Education must publish the guide on its website; bill takes effect 90 days after enactment
