Requires the Commissioner of Health to conduct a study on racial aspects of ovarian cancer, evaluating strategies to mitigate disparities in cancer effects, rates, risk factors, symptoms, and outcomes

Study must examine disparities among specific racial and ethnic groups including Asian, African-American, Caucasian, Hispanic, Native American, and Pacific Islander women

Commissioner must submit a report with findings and recommendations to address racial disparities in ovarian cancer rates to the Governor and Legislature within one year of enactment

The act expires automatically upon submission of the required report
