Establishes a Parkinson's Disease Public Awareness and Education Program under the Commissioner of Health, subject to available appropriations

Requires development of public education campaigns covering the cause and nature of Parkinson's disease, diagnostic procedures, lifestyle coping strategies, environmental safety, and available treatment services

Mandates educational programs for healthcare providers, judicial staff, police officers, firefighters, and emergency medical personnel to help them recognize Parkinson's symptoms and respond appropriately to affected individuals

Directs the Department of Health to create and maintain a list of specialized Parkinson's disease diagnostic and treatment providers, with disclaimers that the department does not endorse specific programs

Requires the department to publish symptom and treatment information in English and Spanish on its website, developed in consultation with the NJ Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association and Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School's Movement Disorders Center
