Judicial evaluations conducted by the Director of the Office of Administrative Law must be made available to the Senate Judiciary Committee when judges are nominated for reappointment with tenure

Judges nominated for reappointment before the effective date would continue under the existing system, receiving five-year terms upon Senate confirmation

Mandatory retirement at age 70 remains in effect for all administrative law judges, including those granted tenure

The bill takes effect on the first day of the second month following enactment
