Extends civil liability immunity to all first aid, rescue, ambulance, and emergency squads as organizational entities, not just volunteer squads, for acts or omissions committed in good faith during service or training

Expands the definition of protected squads to include non-profit first aid, rescue, and ambulance squads that bill or receive reimbursement for services

Removes the distinction between volunteer and non-volunteer squads for purposes of civil immunity protection

Clarifies that immunity applies to squads rendering intermediate life support services, explicitly adding "first aid, ambulance or rescue squad" as protected entities alongside individual EMTs and hospital staff

Immunity does not extend to the operation of motor vehicles in connection with rendering emergency services
