Preserves deed restrictions, covenants, and HOA rules that prohibit home businesses in common interest ownership communities

Authorizes municipalities to establish ordinance standards for acceptable volumes of visitors, deliveries, truck traffic, and parking for home businesses in residential districts

Takes effect one year after enactment and does not limit municipal powers to protect health, safety, and welfare or address nuisances
