Amends N.J.S.2C:1-6 to add human trafficking (C.2C:13-8) to the list of crimes that have no statute of limitations for prosecution

Currently, human trafficking prosecutions must commence within five years of the offense; this bill would allow prosecution at any time

Joins other offenses already exempt from time limitations, including murder, manslaughter, sexual assault, and certain environmental crimes

Applies to all human trafficking offenses not yet barred from prosecution under the existing statute of limitations as of the bill's effective date

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
