Requires employers to reinstate employees to their prior position and duties after PTSD-related leave once a licensed practitioner documents fitness to return to work

Covers medical professionals including physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, psychologists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers

Allows employees to file civil lawsuits for violations, with remedies including civil fines of $5,000 for first violations and $10,000 for subsequent violations, reinstatement, back pay, and attorney's fees
