Requires the Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services (DHS) and the State Board of Medical Examiners to develop and implement within 365 days a process to streamline NJ FamilyCare provider application reviews

State Board of Medical Examiners must share physician license numbers with DHS within 5 days of issuance, or notify DHS within 5 days if licensure is denied

DHS must begin processing NJ FamilyCare provider applications immediately upon receipt if they contain necessary licensure information or show pending licensure approval

DHS must notify applicants within 15 days of receiving their license number if additional information or documentation is required for enrollment

The bill does not alter existing licensure or enrollment requirements, and DHS is not required to approve providers before receiving their National Provider Identifier number
