Expands the Community College Opportunity Grant (CCOG) Program to include adult students enrolled in postsecondary career and technical education programs at county vocational school districts, in addition to current county college eligibility

Adult students must be enrolled in programs at least four months in length that prepare them to earn a license, industry-recognized certification, or take a nationally-recognized exam

Eligible adult students must have annual adjusted gross income between $0 and $65,000, be New Jersey residents, and meet academic standing requirements set by their vocational school district

Financial aid grants for adult vocational students would cover remaining tuition and approved educational fees after applying other State, federal, and institutional need-based grants and merit scholarships

Adult vocational students would be eligible for financial aid grants for up to two years, compared to up to five or six semesters for traditional county college students
