Requires medical providers to notify the local rape crisis center before commencing any examination of a sexual assault victim

Entitles victims to have a rape care advocate present during any interview, statement, or contact with law enforcement, prosecutors, or defense attorneys

Mandates that victims be notified orally or in writing of their right to a rape care advocate by the advocate themselves before examinations or interviews begin
