Amends New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination (LAD) to explicitly codify that discrimination includes both disparate treatment and disparate impact of facially neutral policies on protected classes

Adds language clarifying that harms giving rise to legal remedies, including compensatory and punitive damages, may result from either intentional disparate treatment or the unintentional disparate impact of neutral policies

Specifically extends disparate impact protections to disability discrimination cases, stating unlawful discrimination includes both disparate treatment of disabled persons and facially neutral policies that disproportionately affect them

Protected classes under the LAD include race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, gender identity or expression, affectional or sexual orientation, marital status, familial status, military service liability, disability, and nationality

Codifies existing case law from Gerety v. Atlantic City Hilton Casino Resort (2004), which established that LAD protections apply to both types of discrimination claims
