Extends coverage protections to the State Health Benefits Program and School Employees' Health Benefits Program, ensuring government employee plans cannot require pre-authorization for prenatal ultrasounds

Takes effect immediately upon enactment and applies to health benefits plans issued or purchased on or after that date
