Expands New Jersey's existing tampering with public records law (N.J.S.2C:28-7) to include school bus monitoring devices alongside patrol vehicle devices

Makes it a fourth degree crime to purposely and unlawfully alter, destroy, conceal, remove, or disable any camera or monitoring device installed on a school bus

Covered devices include videotape, film, or other medium used to record sound or images

A fourth degree crime carries penalties of up to 18 months imprisonment, a fine of up to $10,000, or both
