Requires the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) to develop and maintain a list of persons indefinitely excused from jury service due to developmental disability, along with eligibility guidelines

Developmental disabilities covered include intellectual disability, autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, spina bifida, and other neurological impairments meeting the specified criteria

Individuals seeking the excuse must submit physician-verified documentation of their developmental disability and complete a form to be published on the AOC website

Once approved and added to the AOC's list, individuals are automatically excused from future jury summons without needing to repeatedly request exemption
