Expands New Jersey's "Prevention of Domestic Violence Act of 1991" to add two new categories of domestic violence to the existing list of enumerated offenses

Adds psychological abuse as domestic violence when it causes fear, serious alarm, or distress that substantially adversely impacts a victim's daily activities

Defines economic abuse as behavior that substantially impairs a protected person's ability to acquire, use, or maintain money or property, or to obtain goods or services

Applies to victims who are 18 or older, emancipated minors, current or former spouses, household members, co-parents, or dating partners

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
