The mobile application must support multiple operating systems including iOS and Android, as approved by the commission

Payment of winnings may be made through crediting a player's online or mobile app account, or via direct deposit to a bank account

The commission must implement security measures to prevent fraud, block underage users from submitting claims, and protect players' personal and financial information
