Requires the State Parole Board to administratively review parolees sentenced to life imprisonment for potential discharge from parole within 60 days of the bill's effective date

Parolees qualify for administrative review if they have served at least seven years of parole supervision and maintained advanced supervision status for the preceding two years

Removes the current requirement that a parole officer must first recommend a parolee for discharge review before the board panel will consider the case

The bill takes effect on the first day of the fourth month following enactment

Applies to individuals sentenced to life imprisonment under either Title 2A or Title 2C of New Jersey Statutes who are currently on parole supervision
