Each public institution of higher education president must convene a menstrual equity task force to review current efforts, needs, and access to menstrual products on campus and identify best practices

Task force membership must include representatives from the student body, faculty, staff, administration, student housing, athletics, student health centers, food pantries, and facilities management

Task force must submit a comprehensive plan within 6 months that includes estimated number of individuals needing free products, suitable distribution locations, projected costs, and implementation timeline

Plans must be fully implemented within 12 months of the act's effective date and will be forwarded to the Governor and Legislature

Each task force expires 30 days after submitting its plan to its governing body
