Four-year public institutions of higher education must publish on their websites the average time-to-degree completion for each baccalaureate degree awarded

County colleges must publish an appropriate measure of student outcomes for each associate degree, as determined by the Secretary of Higher Education in consultation with the New Jersey Council of County Colleges

Public institutions must post on their websites copies of annual fiscal monitoring reports, comprehensive audits, and annual audits as applicable under existing law

Institutions must annually submit direct website links of the required financial information to the Secretary of Higher Education and provide a clear, simple summary for the public

Takes effect immediately and applies to the first full academic year following enactment
