Food delivery drivers employed by delicatessens, grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, or delivery services are prohibited from using electronic smoking devices or tobacco products while delivering, handling, or transporting customers' food or groceries

Civil penalties for violations are $250 minimum for the first offense, $500 minimum for the second offense, and $1,000 for the third and subsequent offenses

Electronic smoking devices include e-cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, hookahs, and pipes that deliver nicotine or other substances

Tobacco products covered include cigarettes, cigars, little cigars, cigarillos, pipe tobacco, and smoking tobacco

The bill takes effect 60 days after enactment, with penalties collected through municipal courts and paid to the municipality where the violation occurred
