Prohibits selling any food, beverage, or product intended to be ingested or inhaled that uses packaging or advertisements linking to or alluding to controlled dangerous substances or their analogs

Bans the sale of any merchandise with drug-related advertising to persons under 18 years of age, regardless of the product type

Exempts prescription medications dispensed by a pharmacist pursuant to a valid prescription from these restrictions

Violations constitute unlawful practices under the consumer fraud act, carrying penalties up to $10,000 for first offenses and $20,000 for subsequent offenses

Takes effect on the first day of the third month following enactment
