Appropriates $500,000 to the State Agriculture Development Committee for municipal planning incentive grants for farmland preservation, with $200,000 from constitutionally dedicated corporation business tax revenues and $300,000 from the 2009 Farmland Preservation Fund

Washington Township in Warren County is designated as the sole eligible recipient of the $500,000 base grant funding

Washington Township may also compete for up to $1,000,000 in additional competitive grant funding from previously appropriated monies under P.L.2019, c.450 and P.L.2020, c.139

Appropriates $200,000 from the General Fund to the Preserve New Jersey Farmland Preservation Fund to implement the bill's provisions

Expenditure of funds is subject to conditions under the Preserve New Jersey Act, the 2009 Green Acres Bond Act, and related farmland preservation statutes
