Establishes a voluntary, three-year pilot program providing remote maternal health services to pregnant Medicaid beneficiaries, including remote patient monitoring, remote non-stress tests, and tele-ultrasound services

Eligibility includes pregnant Medicaid beneficiaries with high-risk pregnancies due to pre-existing conditions (HIV, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity), age factors (under 19 or 35+), lifestyle factors, or pregnancy-related conditions like preeclampsia

Extends eligibility to pregnant beneficiaries in areas lacking sufficient Medicaid-participating obstetric providers, or those facing barriers such as work schedules, unreliable transportation, or lack of childcare

Requires all devices used for data collection and transmission to be HIPAA-compliant and FDA-approved for the intended use

Implementation is contingent upon receiving federal approval of State Medicaid plan amendments or waivers to secure federal financial participation for program expenditures
