Participating districts must ensure students receive FAFSA information before 12th grade through classroom instruction, family sessions, or counselor meetings, covering required documentation, eligibility requirements, and deadlines

Parents and guardians of 12th grade students must receive written or electronic FAFSA information, and paper copies of the application must be provided upon request

Commissioner must submit a final report to the Governor and Legislature with recommendations on whether to expand the program statewide
