Campus police officers would be subject to the same exceptions as other law enforcement, including exemptions for undercover assignments, non-uniformed duties, administrative positions, and meetings with confidential informants

Clarifies the definition of "law enforcement officer" in body worn camera regulations to explicitly include campus police officers

Body worn camera recordings must be retained for a minimum of 180 days, with extended three-year retention periods for recordings involving complaints, use of force, or ongoing investigations

Takes effect on the first day of the seventh month following enactment
