Department of Community Affairs must create and maintain a publicly accessible online database detailing all affordable housing declaratory judgment actions completed on or after January 1, 2015

Courts, municipalities, and other parties to declaratory judgment actions are required to provide information to the department upon request to develop the database

Database must include lists of municipalities that completed actions, number of affordable housing units representing each municipality's fair share obligation (broken down by rehabilitation, gap-present need, prospective need, and unfulfilled prior-round obligations)

Database must track ratios of rental to ownership units and affordable to market-rate units both among existing housing and planned developments under settlement agreements

Database must list all payments made by municipalities to other parties in declaratory judgment actions, including payments to Fair Share Housing Center for settlement agreement expenses
