Mandates that all student body profile data be disaggregated by race, ethnicity, gender, family income, and first-generation status where available

Requires institutions to use the collected student body data to evaluate institutional diversity and inform admissions policies

Directs institutions to utilize the data to improve equity initiatives and guide resource allocation decisions that promote diversity and inclusion

Takes effect immediately and applies to the first full academic year following enactment
