Requires substance use disorder treatment providers and recovery residences to include accurate information in marketing materials about services offered, service locations, and the provider's name and brand name

Prohibits treatment providers from making false statements about in-network/out-of-network status, misrepresenting contact information or website addresses, or falsely implying relationships with other providers

Makes it unlawful for providers to misrepresent the treatment services they offer or their geographic location

Imposes civil penalties of up to $1,000 per violation, with injured parties entitled to sue for treble damages plus attorney's fees and court costs

Authorizes the Department of Health Office of Licensing to investigate violations and suspend or revoke licenses, with the act taking effect 30 days after enactment
