Upgrades the crime of forging or altering a patient's request for medical aid in dying medication (with intent or effect of causing death) from a second degree to a first degree offense

Upgrades the crime of coercing or exerting undue influence on a patient to request aid in dying medication from a third degree to a first degree offense

Imposes a mandatory minimum sentence of 25 years imprisonment without parole eligibility for both offenses, with no suspended sentences or non-custodial dispositions permitted

Amends the "Medical Aid in Dying for the Terminally Ill Act" (P.L.2019, c.59), which allows terminally ill persons to self-administer life-ending medication under certain circumstances

Takes effect 90 days following enactment
