Repeals the "Medical Aid in Dying for the Terminally Ill Act" (P.L.2019, c.59), which currently allows terminally ill patients to request and self-administer medication to end their lives

Removes the exemption that protected medical providers from incurring a "duty to warn and protect" when a terminally ill patient requests life-ending medication

Reinstates aiding suicide as a criminal offense without exception for medical aid in dying, making it a second-degree crime if the conduct causes suicide or attempted suicide, or a fourth-degree crime otherwise

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
