Requires the Department of Health to update all official publications to reflect the new name

Directs expeditious replacement of existing signs, advertisements, and other public indicators showing the hospital's name

Establishes that all references to Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital in any law, rule, regulation, contract, or document shall mean Richard J. Codey Psychiatric Hospital

Amends R.S.30:1-7 and R.S.30:4-160 to reflect the name change in state statutes governing psychiatric facilities
