Authorizes all mobile intensive care paramedics in New Jersey to administer vaccines during outbreaks of communicable diseases occurring among the general public in any area of the state

Vaccines administered must be recommended by the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) for prevention of the specific communicable disease outbreak

Paramedics may vaccinate patients of any age unless ACIP has recommended age restrictions, and must comply with any other ACIP or Department of Health guidance

Vaccines may be administered under an individual prescription, a standing order from an authorized prescriber, or through a government-sponsored immunization program that is not patient-specific
