Prohibits any person from using the title "Nurse" unless they hold a valid, unsuspended license as a registered nurse (R.N.), licensed practical nurse (L.P.N.), or advanced practice nurse (A.P.N.) in New Jersey

Adds "Nurse" to the existing list of protected titles and abbreviations (R.N., L.P.N., A.P.N.) that unlicensed individuals are barred from using

Violations carry a penalty of $200 for each first offense and $500 for each subsequent offense after conviction

Applies to all forms of nursing licenses under New Jersey law, including professional nursing, practical nursing, and advanced practice nursing certifications

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
