Requires the New Jersey Maternal and Infant Health Innovation Authority to establish a public awareness campaign about the benefits of doula and midwife services, subject to available funding

Campaign must describe person-centered support services during prenatal, birthing, and postpartum periods, as well as culturally competent care and improved health outcomes associated with these services

Educational materials must include information about free or low-cost state resources, including NJ FamilyCare coverage of doula and midwife services for eligible enrollees

Materials must be developed in multiple languages beyond standard state requirements and made available for online download

Distribution encouraged through local health agencies, clinics, WIC offices, pharmacies, Planned Parenthood clinics, county human services offices, and community organizations, with an effective date of July 1, 2027
