Authorizes pediatricians who do not specialize in behavioral or developmental health to provide care for children with low-acuity behavioral or developmental conditions such as anxiety or stress

Extends the same authority to advanced practice nurses, allowing them to treat children with low-acuity behavioral or developmental conditions without specialized certification in those areas

Requires the State Board of Medical Examiners to determine which conditions qualify as low-acuity for pediatricians' expanded scope of practice

Requires the New Jersey Board of Nursing to determine which conditions qualify as low-acuity for advanced practice nurses' expanded scope of practice

Directs both boards to adopt rules and regulations under the Administrative Procedure Act to implement the expanded scope of practice provisions
