Creates a nine-member "New Jersey COVID-19 Long-Term Health Effects Task Force" to study long-term health effects of COVID-19, identify associated symptoms, and identify medications and treatments

Task force must also identify any adverse long-term health effects caused by COVID-19 vaccines and develop public education methods about long-term COVID impacts

Members include appointees from legislative leaders (4 public members with COVID-19/healthcare experience), the Commissioner of Health as chairperson, two county/local health department representatives, and two medical doctors appointed by the Governor

All meetings must be open to the public with agendas, minutes, documents, and testimony posted on the Department of Health website

Task force must submit a final report with policy recommendations to the Governor and Legislature within one year of organizing, after which it expires 30 days later
