Requires ultrasounds performed on pregnant women at limited service pregnancy centers to be conducted by licensed health care professionals whose scope of practice includes ultrasounds, or by sonographers certified by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists

Defines "limited service pregnancy centers" as facilities (including mobile facilities) primarily serving pregnant or potentially pregnant clients that are not licensed health care facilities and do not provide or refer clients to the full range of comprehensive reproductive health care services under NJ FamilyCare

Excludes from the definition facilities operating under the direction of a licensed health care provider acting within their scope of practice

Comprehensive reproductive health care services referenced include contraception, STI testing and treatment, abortion care, and prenatal care
