Creates a fourth-degree crime for employers who knowingly falsify certified payroll records or other records required under the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act

Makes it a fourth-degree crime for employers to knowingly make false, deceptive, or fraudulent statements on public works contractor registration forms

Requires county prosecutors or the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development to notify the Attorney General of violations, who may then decide to prosecute directly or refer the case to county prosecutors

Criminal penalties under this act are in addition to any other penalties that may be imposed for the offense

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
