Removes the requirement that other states must offer equal reciprocity to New Jersey-licensed elevator, escalator, and moving walkway mechanics before the state will recognize their out-of-state licenses

Allows the Elevator, Escalator, and Moving Walkway Mechanics Licensing Board to grant licenses without examination to out-of-state applicants solely based on whether the applicant's home state has comparable licensing standards

Maintains the requirement that the applicant's domiciliary state must have licensing standards equal to or comparable to New Jersey's standards

Amends P.L.2012, c.71 (C.45:14H-8) to expand eligibility for out-of-state mechanics seeking New Jersey licensure
