Authorizes New Jersey counties to appoint a county pretrial coordinator to evaluate and connect defendants released pretrial (charged with indictable or disorderly persons offenses) with voluntary support services

Coordinator responsibilities include helping defendants access substance use disorder treatment, public assistance benefits (SNAP, Medicaid, housing), employment services through One-Stop Career Centers, and insurance enrollment

Services are explicitly voluntary; coordinators must advise defendants they are not required to participate in any offered programs

Requires annual data collection and reporting on defendants served, services provided, demographics, and rearrest rates during pretrial release and for three years following

Mandates annual meetings with community stakeholders including judges, social services directors, mental health administrators, and treatment providers to establish best practices and identify available county resources
