Requires the State Parole Board to submit its first report within six months of the act's effective date, covering case dispositions from the 10 preceding years (excluding years substantially impaired by COVID-19), with annual reports thereafter

Each report must include disposition statistics, racial and ethnic demographic information for parolees and inmates denied parole, and recommendations for improving case management and services

The Board must notify the public annually when reports are submitted and provide a link to the report on the Board's official website

Reports are to be submitted to both the Governor and the Legislature pursuant to existing state reporting requirements
