State departments, agencies, and instrumentalities must submit annual reports to the Office of Information Technology detailing ways to enhance digital services for constituents and improve remote work capabilities for employees

Reports must address improving online, mobile, and in-person service integration through user research and feedback implementation, as well as digitizing paper-based processes and updating hardware/software for remote work

The Office of Information Technology must compile a summary report analyzing all departmental submissions and providing recommendations for cloud computing transitions, data integration into single portals, secure access maintenance, and web-based remote work solutions

Initial reports from departments are due within one year of the act's effective date, with the Office of Information Technology's summary report due within one year of receiving departmental reports

Both reporting cycles continue annually thereafter, with the summary report submitted to the Governor and Legislature
